Returns & Refunds

All ticketing transactions for NSW Country Eagles home games are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Ticket holder names are non-tranferable but tickets can be used by others at the ticket holders discretion. Refunds will only be issued in the event of the game being cancelled prior to play commencing. In the event that a game is postponed tickets will remain valid until the game is rescheduled. In some cases the ticket holder may apply for a special circumstances refund if they are unable to attend a game due to serious illness or misfortune, such claims must be received in writing at least 72hrs before commencement of the game (please address such claims to enquiries@nswcountryeagles.com). All such claims are subject to consideration by Eagles Management and their decision is final. NSW Country Eagles are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Damaged tickets that are unreadable by entry staff will not be accepted. Any person refused entry or ejected from a venue due to obscene, drunken or offensive behaviour will not be entitled to a refund.

For merchandising items we do not accept refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be accepted if the product is faulty or if the product does not match its description. We will exchange your item if it does not fit provided it is returned in original condition, unworn with original tags and proof of purchase is provided. Please note that in this case postage and handling costs on returns are not the responsibility of NSW Country Eagles and additional costs will apply. We do not offer price adjustments if your product becomes discounted after your purchase date. Discounts are only valid at the time of purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact enquiries@nswcountryeagles.com, provide your proof of purchase and clearly explain your issue.
